Leica M to Macro Adapter

The Macro-Adapter-M LEICA is positioned between the camera and the M-mount lens to increase the distance between the lens and sensor and achieve maximum playback ratios of up to 1:2 for close-ups. Its design incorporates a helical screw system, which can be used to vary the extension length of the adapter between 0.7 and 1.2" for greater flexibility by setting a closer focusing distance than the lens natively allows, as well as to increase the reproduction ratio. The adapter is designed for use in LEICA cameras with a live view function (such as the M Typ 240) and lenses with focal lengths greater than 28mm.

  • It increases the distance between the lens and the sensor, shortens the minimum focusing distance, and helps achieve higher playback rates for close-ups.
  • The helical system allows a variable extension length between 0.7 and 1.2".
  • Designed specifically for the LEICA Macro-Elmar-M 90mm f/4 lens, this adapter provides a 1:2 playback ratio, with a minimum focusing distance of 16.1", and infinite focus can be maintained with the lens in its collapsed position.
  • When used on lenses with focal lengths of at least 50mm, 1:2 reproduction ratios can be achieved. With wider lenses, larger proportions are possible. It is not recommended for use in lenses with focal lengths greater than 28 mm.
  • Compatible with LEICA M cameras with live view function, such as the M Typ 240.
