the Aputure Light Storm 60d is a precision device with options for beam extension, power and light intensity. The light has a solid color temperature of 5500K which is ideal for shooting outdoors, or in areas dominated by large windows, or to combine with other accessories. The light beam scattering range of a narrow 15 degrees to an average flow of 45 degrees can be further modified with the included 4-way window doors for selective lighting. The light intensity can also be adjusted from 0 to 100%.

Power offers even more options. You can use the 60x worldwide thanks to its 110 to 240V adapter, but it will also work with one or two NP-F type batteries or a V-mount battery in situations where AC current is not available. The LS 60d is also IP54 weatherproof (dust and water resistant), so it's designed to withstand any shooting environment and is compatible with the custom BOWENS mount adapter and Spotlight Mini Zoom lens sold separately. Among its other impressive features are 8 built-in lighting effects including Paparazzi, Fireworks, Lightning, Defective Bulb, TV, Pulsation, Strobe, and Explosion.
