The Benro Tortoise Carbon Fiber Series 3 Tripod System with S4Pro Video Head is a travel-friendly portable system that supports loads up to 8.8 lbs and has a working height range of 9.25 to 64.37". The head features a flat base, making it well suited for sliders and davits, while the legs have a leveling ball for a flat base head fit, allowing you to mount the S4Pro on the legs and take advantage of the quick leveling capabilities of a ball base. It locks for quick and secure setup. The head attachment on the legs incorporates a 1/4"-20 accessory mounting port, allowing you to connect a variety of accessories. The carbon fiber legs feature independent movement with three locking angles and a button locking system. The rubber feet feature three distinct contact surfaces that provide a grip whether the legs are vertical, angled or nearly horizontal when placed. You can remove the rubber feet and replace them with the included spiked feet if you wish.

The S4Pro head has two counterweight steps and features a fixed swivel and tilt drag and has independent swivel and tilt locks. The tilt range is +90/-65°, while the pan range is full 360°. The included camera plate can be adjusted forward or backward so you can find the optimal balance for your camera. An integrated safety latch helps ensure that the board does not accidentally slip and introduce the camera into the effects of gravity. Two camera screws, 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16, are supplied and can be stored under the camera plate on the head itself, in dedicated slots. To connect accessories, there is a 1/4"-20 threaded hole on each side of the head to which you can secure the articulated arms.

Carbon fiber tripod legs

The legs include a flat base to ball joint adapter, allowing you to mount a flat base fluid ball joint on the legs and enjoy the quick leveling benefits of a ball base.

The wide extension range of the tripod's legs allows you to use it to reach a height as low as 9.25" above the ground and a height of up to 64.37" above the ground, while maintaining a stable shooting platform

The legs feature an "Automatic Paw Adjustment System" that allows you to press and release the leg lock, move that leg into position, and then press a button to release that leg lock to secure the leg angle.

Rubber swivel closures allow you to loosen and extend or collapse each leg independently of the other legs. The rubber grips provide a good grip and are gentle on the hands.

The attached rubber feet have three different angles to make contact with the mounting surface. This allows the feet to provide a wide contact surface to increase grip and stability compared to the standard cone-shaped feet, when the legs are placed at acute angles.

Rubber feet can be removed and replaced with spiked feet included.
