Thanks to the optimal arrangement of every component, the use of complex aspherical glass elements, the freedom afforded by the short recording distance and painstaking work to save every last gram, this lens offers astonishingly small size and weight despite its wide-angle focal length and maximum aperture of F1.4, all without compromising its optical qualities.

The SIGMA 24mm F1.4 DG DN | Art features a front filter thread and rear filter holder. It also features the new MFL switch, which allows the focus ring to be disabled to prevent accidental switching (a very useful feature for astrophotography).
