Lightweight and compact, the 494 central spherical head is ideal for anyone looking for a quick and easy solution that helps frame shots accurately. This tripod ball joint is made of lightweight and highly sturdy aluminum, making it extremely portable and strong enough to support a payload of up to 8kg. It is the perfect solution for all types of mirrorless cameras with zoom lenses and even medium format DSLR cameras. This advanced spherical head combines practicality with high functionality and has three independent controls: a main button to control the spherical lock, an integrated friction control control that adjusts the tension of the ball so that the weight of the equipment is perfectly balanced and an independent panoramic knob that keeps the horizon flat and moves the camera horizontally, allowing shots of amazing landscapes. The 494 central spherical head mounts a unique shoe that makes it fully compatible with the world's most widespread standard camera shoes: the RC2 MANFROTTO and the Arca-swiss style.
