IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WE WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY
The return period is 15 days from the shipment. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with all the accessories that were sent. After checking the status of the product, the amount will be refunded according to the same payment method used by the client. The product must not be used or present any brand.

Returns in our store
Items purchased online can be returned to our physical store. The product must be accompanied by the original invoice that was sent on the day. Shipping costs will not be refundable.
Returns from home
Returns can also be made by communicating by e-mail or by phone (pedidos@fotografiarte. es - 91 639 77 05 ). We will send to collect the item. In returns from home, the collection costs will be borne by the customer. Shipping costs will not be refundable.
In the event that the product purchased is defective, Fotografiarte will be responsible for its collection provided that you notify us of this circumstance within seven days from the date of shipment. In this case, you will have the option to send another unit equal to the one purchased or to receive a full refund of the amount paid, including shipping costs and not having to pay the collection costs either.
Returns, whatever the reasons for them, coming from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla , as well as any other country that is not part of the EC (Intracommunity), will be the client, by his own means, is the one who has to take care of the shipment, with the buyer taking care of all the expenses of the shipment itself, as well as the customs and taxes that the aforementioned shipment entails.
