Fujifilm's unique EXR-CMOS sensor has evolved further. The EXR Auto mode, which automatically optimizes settings according to the type of scene, has been expanded to offer 103 different shooting patterns. Both the FinePix F770EXR and FinePix F750EXR use the enhanced EXR-CMOS sensor, which further extends the camera's low-light capabilities. Thanks to the reshaping of its photodiodes, the EXR-CMOS sensor exhibits a 30% reduction in digital noise compared to the previous version at high ISO sensitivities. This means users can capture excellent detail in low-light scenes without resorting to flash and with the confidence that noise will not spoil the effects of ambient light. Its unique construction allows it to change its characteristics according to lighting conditions. Users can choose High Resolution Priority (HR) for the best possible image quality, Wide Dynamic Range (DR) Priority for high-contrast scenes, or High Sensitivity Low Noise (SN) Priority for excellent low-light results, or they can let the camera choose whether to select EXR AUTO mode.EXR CMOS: flexible and versatile image sensor

Speed so you won't miss a moment
The FinePix F770EXR and FinePix F750EXR have also incorporated other improvements over their predecessor that make them even easier to use. The FinePix F770EXR and FinePix F750EXR have been optimized to start up faster. After powering on, they are ready to shoot in just 1.5 seconds. In addition, the interval between one shot and the next is very short (a minimum of 0.8 seconds and 1.0 seconds respectively). The AF speed is only 0.16 seconds, helping users to lock on to subjects very quickly. The FinePix F770EXR and FinePix F750EXR are always ready.

A milestone in GPS functionality (FinePix 770EXR only)
Traveling photographers, or people who simply want to pinpoint their global position, will benefit from the FinePix F770EXR's enhanced GPS functionality. A new high-sensitivity antenna finds position quickly.

This new model now includes route logging, whereby the camera creates an illustrated map showing where you've traveled, and photo navigation, which displays the distance and direction to where you've previously been. Record and edit your favorite places in-camera with the new My Waypoints feature. These models also include the landmark navigator function, which behaves in two different ways depending on how you hold the camera. In both cases, the FinePix F770EXR will indicate nearby landmarks and how far away the user is from them. Hold the camera vertically for normal shooting and you will see the name of the nearest landmarks and the distance to them. Point the lens towards the ground and the LCD monitor will switch to radar view, which shows positions relative to where the user is. Both functions are ideal for photographers who want to see all the famous landmarks that can be found on a trip.

Powerful photo and video functions
In addition to offering a powerful zoom lens, the FinePix F770EXR and FinePix F750EXR incorporate a variety of functions that allow users to perfectly control their picture-taking. Whether you want the simplicity of point-and-shoot photography or a higher level of control over aperture and shutter speed, the FinePix F770EXR and FinePix F750EXR have the features you need. The performance of the internal flash has also been improved, as it can now capture subjects at a distance of up to 3.7m, and those who prefer to shoot in ambient light can choose an ISO sensitivity of up to 12800*³. The F770EXR also contains the option of RAW file format for unaltered files and continuous shooting at up to 11 fps (image size M only) for action photography. Both the FinePix F770EXR and FinePix F750 offer Full HD 1080p video recording at 30 fps with stereo sound, which is perfect for playback on an HD-compatible TV. High-speed movies can be recorded at up to 320 fps and all movie modes now offer autofocus tracking, which ensures that faces stay in focus and correctly exposed even if the subject is moving. Even if a focus-locked subject moves into the frame, the camera will maintain focus on a portion of the subject's face for continuous focus tracking.

Greater ease of use for excellent results
In addition to the enhanced specifications, the FinePix F770EXR and FinePix F750EXR also feature some important improvements in handling that make photography even more enjoyable. On the front of the camera, the ergonomic rubberized grip* allows users to get a firm grip on the camera and offers more stability when shooting at maximum telephoto focal length. At the same time, the superior plate has the same angled mode dial as the F600EXR for easy selection of exposure modes, but now an Fn (Function) button has been added for quicker access to common settings such as ISO sensitivity, Film Simulation, etc. On the back of the camera, the 3-inch LCD monitor displays images and menus with great clarity thanks to the 460,000-dot LCD, but now features a Monitor Sunlight mode, which allows the screen to be viewed more easily in brightly lit conditions. The cameras also feature an advanced anti-blur mode, in which the camera takes four continuous shots at high sensitivity and mixes them with advanced image processing technology to correct the effects of shake. This results in images with less noise and eliminates vibrations caused by hand shake, even in manual shooting at night in low-light conditions or with the long zoom.
