The OLYMPUS FL-14 TTL flash is a basic unit, but effective for use in the E-P1 Pen or any other OLYMPUS digital camera with TTL capability. Short and wide, with a black and silver color to match the aesthetics of the E-P1, the FL-14 provides excellent performance with only 2 small "AAA" batteries. With direct controls and TTL flash exposure when mounted on the E-P1 or other digital OLYMPUS, the FL-14 isn't going to intimidate the casual user while still delivering perfectly exposed images with 14mm and longer lenses.

3 selectable flash modes
Mount the FL-14 directly on the E-P1 (or other OLYMPUS-enabled TTL digital cameras) for perfect TTL exposure or use "Auto" autoexposure thyristor activated and flash at full power "Manual", if preferred.
Thrifty in energy
The FL-14 makes 80 high-power flashes with two small "AAA" batteries, and 130 flashes with most NiMH units. In TTL mode at moderate 200-400 ISO settings you will get even more flashes in a single set of "AAA" batteries.
Simple fixed coverage
The FL-14 is a hassle-free device, but has a 70 x 55° fixed lighting beam that fully illuminates the field of view of a 14mm lens on the E-P1 camera.
