The latest in the ATOMOS line of Shogun Integrated Camera Video Monitor Recorders, the Shogun Ultra 7" Monitor Recorder provides built-in network connectivity for mirrorless, DSLR, and cinema-style shooting, enabling fast and productive workflows. Efficient Cloud ProRes-based workflow options include dual ProRes RAW/H.265 recording for Camera to Cloud, automatic file name matching with popular cinema-style cameras, and 4K H.265 capture for instant publication from the cloud. that the Shogun Ultra will work seamlessly with an ever-widening range of cameras.

• AtomOS 11

The 7" Shogun Ultra features the new atomos 11 operating system with colorized images with reference to EL Zone exposure, ARRI false color, and new programmed recording and playback tools.

A larger number of standard codecs include up to 8K Apple ProRes Raw, DNxHD and H.265.

• Full connectivity

More codecs: Additional standard codecs on the 7" Shogun Ultra include 8K Apple ProRes Raw, DNxHD, and H.265.

Dual Recording: The ability to record high-quality Apple ProRes Raw files at speeds of up to UHD 4K60 while recording 1080p60 at H.265 makes the 7" Shogun Ultra ideal for use with cinema-style cameras.

Matching files: File name matching provides easier workflows with ARRI, CANON, RED, and SONY cameras.

Enhanced Monitoring: Enhanced monitoring features include EL ZONE system exposure and ARRI false color.

RemoteView: This new feature allows you to share live views from your screen over the internet.

• NDI TX Option

Use the optional NDI streaming feature to send high-quality video over normal networks (including Wi-Fi and mobile) using remarkably low bandwidth requirements.

NDI is increasingly used in live production and now your Shogun can be part of an NDI environment.

The NDI TX option turns your Shogun into an NDI feed, visible to all other authorized devices on the network.

The Shogun Ultra's large, super-bright 7" display can be seen in almost any type of light: indoors, outdoors, or anywhere you need critical and instantly visible feedback on your images.

The brightness of 2000 cd/m² makes the Shogun Ultra ideal for checking your HDR footage while on set.

Play back your recently captured photos on the same flawless screen for review or even upload to the cloud.

• Durable construction

The Shogun Ultra's durable housing is suitable for use in all environments.

Use the built-in indicator light to quickly see the status of the recording.

Robust Wi-Fi and AirGlu RF antennas ensure stable transmission.

Power up the Shogun Ultra using the L-series battery plate on the back of each monitor or the optional DC power input.

Mount this monitor-recorder using the 3/8"-16 threads on the superior and bottom or use the included 1/4"-20 adapter.

The Shogun Ultra has a built-in slot for the included Master Caddy III, an SD card slot that supports cards up to 4TB, and CFast II card support via an SSDmini adapter for recording whenever your media allows.

The USB-C port can be used to add options and for future atomos upgrades.
