Offering incredible resolution and color accuracy, the H6D-400c MS HASSELBLAD camerais a specialized medium-format camera system that is distinguished by its unique multi-shot capabilities. Compared to traditional single-shot footage, this multi-shot capture records up to six sequential images and automatically combines them into a single 400MP equivalent frame with noticeably larger color details and an almost complete lack of muaré and aliasing. This camera system, based on the H6D-100c platform and its 100MP CMOS sensor of 53.4 x 40 mm, also allows recordings of a single high-resolution shot. The CMOS design offers a wide sensitivity range of ISO 64-12800, along with a 16-bit color depth and a dynamic range of up to 15 stops to maintain remarkable detail and quality when working in the most difficult lighting conditions. Along with an improved electronic platform with faster processing capabilities, the ability to capture 4K and Full HD UHD video at 30fps in HASSELBLAD Raw format is also supported.
Beyond images, the H6D also offers enhanced connectivity with the inclusion of a USB 3.0 Type-C connector for fast 5Gb/s transfer speeds and smoother shooting performance. The back incorporates a bright, clear, 3.0" 920k dot LCD monitor with touchscreen for live viewing and intuitive setup control, and a mini-HDMI port available for working with larger external monitors. Savings on the camera are possible through dual memory cards slots, a CFast slot and an SD slot, and files can also be saved remotely when shooting via USB 3.0. The built-in Wi-Fi can also be used in conjunction with iOS devices running the Phocus Mobile app, which allows wireless remote control of the camera, as well as the ability to preview images and browse files.
