smallrig's lightweight 1894 Cage and Accessory Kit provides protection and accessory mounting for your SONY a7 II series mirrorless camera. This kit combines the 1660 cage with a quick-release superior handle, a removable NATO rail, a double ball joint, a removable cold shoe, and an HDMI cable clamp.

smallrig 1660 Cage for SONY a7 II series cameras

Use the compact and lightweight 1660 smallrig a7 II series SONY camera case to protect and add accessories to your a7 II series mirrorless camera. This tight cage maintains access to camera controls and features a removable right side for even easier control. A cold shoe and multiple accessory threads of 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 are integrated into the superior and sides of the cage.

The 1660 cage includes an anti-torsion design at the front and non-slip pads to help secure your a7 II series camera. The case also includes mounting holes for a separately available Metabones lens adapter.

Mango smallrig NATO

The smallrig NATO handle is a flexible solution for holding your camera and mounting accessories. This handle is fixed to your platform via a separately available NATO rail. 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded holes are placed along the handle to secure the articulated arms, while 15mm rod clamps are available for mounting EVFs or microphones. In addition, two cold shoe holders can be used for lights or wireless receivers. With the included hex wrench, the handle can be adjusted back and forth to achieve the desired balance.

HDMI cable clamp smallrig for SONY a7 II / a7R II / a7S II or NIKON Z6 / Z7 Cage

This smallrig HDMI cable clamp is designed to fit the smallrig's half cage a7 II (1673) and a7 II (1660), or the full cage (2243) for the NIKON Z6 or Z7 camera. When installed, the cable clamp helps prevent the cable from unintentionally removing and damaging the fragile micro-HDMI port.

NATO Quick Release Rail smallrig (1.6)

This 1.6" smallrig quick-release NATO rail fits in your chamber cage or cheese bowl to secure NATO-compliant accessories such as handles, clamps, and articulated arms. Accessories can slide along the rail and when it's time to pack up, unhook one of the spring-loaded pins at each end of the rail and slide the attachments out. 1/4"-20 mounting screws are included, as is a hex wrench to install the rail.
