the CVD2475 cage for DJI Osmo Action from smallrig is designed as a fairly complete solution for the camera. It features a shoe holder on the superior and one on the side, plus multiple 1/4"-20 threaded holes around. Offers side space for the CYNOVA 3.5mm / USB Type-C DJI adapter for the Osmo Action. It comes with a 52mm filter adapter ring to use compatible 52mm threaded filters and dedicated lenses, such as the 35mm Ulanzi macro lens for the Osmo Action. And it comes with a small 2-pin adapter that can be connected to the bottom for compatibility with 3-pin mount brackets The filter adapter and 2-pin adapter are fixed to the cage using the included screws.

In addition, the way the camera is installed is very convenient. The rear door opens by loosening two flat butterfly screws, and the camera is simply inserted inside, and the door is re-closed with the toolless butterfly screws. If you wish, you can secure the butterfly screws with the supplied Allen wrench.

There are also two M3 screw holes on the side and bottom to support the original Osmo Action mounting base. In addition, there is a slot on the side to place a cord, which is sold separately.

The cage leaves access to all ports, slots and camera controls. While shoe stands are ideal for mounting lights and microphones, the shoe stand that's on the superior can be used alternately to place a handle superior to shoot from a somewhat stabilized low angle. Similarly, one of the available 1/4"-20 threaded holes is at the bottom to allow mounting the cage on mini tripods and various other camera mounts.
