The wireless image streaming technology applied to the CRANE 3 LAB supports video streaming up to 1080p. Because of its strong compatibility with smartphones and tablets of iOS and Android systems, most digital devices around it can be easily used as a monitor. With live preview and real-time parameter settings, it is possible to frame and take pictures from any angle or viewpoint.
Comprehensive control panel
Inspired by aircraft control knobs, various buttons and dials are added to the CRANE 3 LAB. With these super-functional tools, full control can be easily realized both from the stabilizer and on the camera itself, including the mode switch, camera settings and various custom settings of the stabilizer itself.
ViaTouch Control System
ViaTouch Control System operation allows the user to take care of every detail from the smartphone screen. Various stabilizer movements and camera settings can be made simultaneously from a single screen while framing shots. Shooting with a camera should be as easy as shooting with a phone.

The CRANE 3 LAB is equipped with a zoom and focus control module on its quick release shoe. The user can perform synchronous zoom and focus adjustment either via the touch wheel or the touch screen control on their phone.

The CRANE 3 LAB supports loads of up to 4.5 kilograms, which means it can work not only with all digital SLR cameras on the market, but also with some film cameras.
Aviation stepper motors
Thanks to the use of aircraft-type stepper motors and a completely new structure, the CRANE 3 LAB is quiet and fast, with a 50% reduction in noise and a 100% increase in motor power. With a 110% improvement in response speed, the gimbal can activate focus and zoom control synchronously, making it the first of its kind in the industry.
Simple to adjust and great portability
Now with a latch on each axis, balancing the gimbal has never been easier. It is possible to lock one axis while balancing the other and save the settings for next time. Or leave the gimbal in a specific position for greater portability.
Improved way to mount cameras
The quick release hot shoe on MANFROTTO of the CRANE 3 LAB does not have a wing nut. Instead, it is possible to lock the latch to hold the camera in a set position quickly and conveniently.
New Full Following Mode
Under the new Full Following Mode, instead of re-centering, the gimbal will start working from its position, leaving more room for creativity.
PhoneGo Mode unlocks full potential
With one touch of the Go button the camera is ready to handle extreme sports scenes. PhoneGo mode allows the stabilizer to maximize its tracking speed, capturing the desired object accurately and saving the hassle of post-processing for quick scene transition in-camera.
Dual charging for long-lasting work
CRANE 3 LAB comes standard with 3 18650 batteries, guaranteeing an extraordinarily long effective working hours. In addition, the gimbal can be charged via portable power supplies and the camera from the stabilizer itself, meaning your recording process can be extended to as long as you wish.
Motion sensor control
A dedicated remote control is no longer necessary. The CRANE 3 LAB allows you to make a direct connection to your smartphone, turning it into a motion sensor controller. Simply moving the phone will control the gimbal in real time.
