the commemorative TAMRON Anniversary lens – the SP AF 70-300mm F4-5.6 Di VC USD – contains an advanced optical design with lenses LD (Low Dispersion) and XLD (Extra Low Dispersion) and elements made of specialized materials that prevent chromatic aberration. The result is a lens that boasts sharper contrast and higher descriptive performance than everyone else in its class.

In addition, it is the first target TAMRON with USD (Ultrasonic Silent Drive), the ultrasonic autofocus motor mechanism developed by TAMRON. This USD mechanism facilitates fast focusing, making it the perfect choice for sport photography, racing and other moving objects.
