      The Canon M 11-22mm f4-5.6 EFM IS STM Lens  offers a full-screen 18-36mm equivalent zoom range, which is slightly less ambitious than its nearest competitor, the SONY E 10-18mm F4 OSS (15-equiv 24mm). To some extent this is a compensation for its relatively compact design; it uses a retraction barrel reminiscent of the ED OLYMPUS M.Zuiko digital 9-18mm 1:4.0-5.6, and this is the same size as the 18-55mm zoom kit. This means it's much smaller than ef-S 10-22mm f/4-5.6 USM wide-angle zoom CANON for your APS-C SLR camera CANON s.
