One of the main features of this backpack is a pocket superior, which can be extended to place larger loads.

Shimoda Action X50 Backpack

The Action X50 is our workhorse for action sports. It is designed for photographers who need to carry a lot of equipment and, at the same time, be agile and be part of the action.

It features an adjustable harness for a perfect fit and a removable belt to quickly streamline the bag for urban or event situations. A removable helmet mount, TPU ski compression straps, and a recently revised side access system with YKK splash protection zippers round out the set of adventure-friendly features.

Like all Action X series packages, it has an expandable, space-saving roll-up lid with a quick-access zipper. Finally, it provides convenience for aggressive, time-sensitive action photography situations through its access to the newly improved side camera.

The side opening is ideal for quick access under the arm without completely removing the backpack, and the rear opening allows wide, unobstructed access to most of your equipment for less time-sensitive shooting situations.
  • Adjustable Torso Height: The X50 has 4 height options with about 10 cm (4 inches) of vertical adjustment. This means that the same backpack can fit low or high torso heights, male or female, ensuring a custom fit for everyone.
  • Central Unit Modular Camera Insertion System: Central units are simple, intelligent and multifunctional. A user can increase their design options with two or more central units by stacking and changing the way they are placed in the package.
  • Expandable Roller Lid: The roll-up lid can be expanded with a volume range of 7 liters so that the bag can be adjusted to the needs of your equipment while maintaining a tight and compact fit.
