The cage smallrig for NIKON Z7 with battery grip is a little longer than the standard model but retains all its features. The smallrig cage 2882 is screwed into the bottom of the Z6 or Z7 chamber thanks to a 1/4 screw and an included Allen wrench. The purpose of this accessory is to provide your camera with numerous inputs to be able to place a wide variety of devices such as monitors, microphones or grips among others.

Attach numerous accessories and protect your NIKON Z6 or Z7 camera with the MB-N10 battery grip that is attached with this smallrig chamber cage. This tight-fitting aluminum case protects your camera without impeding access to camera functions, displays, and ports, and also allows access to the battery cover on the attached battery grip.

The camera is mounted on the case via a 1/4"-20 screw at the bottom and two M2.5 screws on the sides, which work together to prevent the camera from twisting. The bottom mounting surface features non-slip pads, which also hold your camera securely and prevent scratching.

For accessory mounting, the cage features numerous 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 ARRI style accessory threads, a shoe stand and a NATO rail on the left side to articulate the arms, a monitor, a light, a microphone and other accessories. There are also strap slots to add a wrist or neck strap available separately. An Allen wrench is stored at the bottom of the box as a practical way to tighten the camera screws.
