With a guide number of 174', the MS200 Monolight from Godox is a 5600K balanced daylight flash source that offers a solid core and convenience features at an affordable price. The head features a recycling time of 0.1 to 1.8 seconds with flash durations as short as 1/2000 seconds. Power is variable from 1/32 to full power, adjustable in 50 steps, while the 150W modeling light is adjustable from 5 to 100% to allow you to preview your lighting effects. The settings are accessed via the buttons on the rear panel and displayed on the easy-to-read LCD screen. Activation options include sync cable, test button, and slave activation. The MS200 has an integrated 32-channel radio system, making it possible to control wireless functions with the separate purchase of the XT16, X2, X1 or XPro transmitter. The head also has a pre-flash function that makes it easy to work with point-and-shoot cameras and other cameras that employ pre-flash. The light weight of the MS200 encourages mounting a kit with two or more heads without having to carry a heavy case. The MS200 has a front BOWENS accessory mount, allowing you to use modifiers Godox, as well as accessories from the many manufacturers that use this system. The head has a tilting mounting bracket and works with a mains power supply of 100 to 120 VAC.
