ContactOne-Touch clutch focus mechanism TOKINA provides a quick and easy way to switch between autofocus and manual focus. The lens has been designed using improved seals, making it "waterproof" (not water resistant), so wet conditions don't spoil your shooting expeditions. The lens features a water-repellent optical coating, but is not safe to submerge in water or expose to heavy rain.
- Designed for full-frame cameras, the AT-X 17-35mm F/4 TOKINA provides photographers with a new wide-angle option. With a focal length of 17 mm wide on the side of the lens it produces a spectacular field of 103.9 degrees of vision that is ideal for shooting in difficult situations or for shooting in large areas of space.
- This compact wide-angle zoom has a constant f/4 bright makeup aperture display and autofocus is possible in low-light situations, but it still maintains a reasonable size and weight.
- Two super low dispersion glass elements and an aspherical glass allow the patented optical design to achieve excellent contrast and sharpness, as well as the control of chromatic aberration.
- TOKINA's exclusive one-touch clutch focus mechanism allows the photographer to switch between AF and MF simply by adjusting the forward focus ring for the FA and back towards the manual focus lens mount.
- The mechanics have been designed to get better seals around the moving parts making the lens more than the lenses of the past waterproof.
