the METZ mecablitz 52 AF-1 digital flash is a shoe-mounted flash, with an illuminated rear touchscreen, designed to be compatible with OLYMPUS / PANASONIC / LEICA cameras with Four Thirds TTL. This flash also has a high guide number of 170' to ISO 100 and 105mm, as well as a built-in USB port that allows for future firmware updates over the internet. A high-quality metal base allows for quick and easy connection to the camera.
The 52 AF-1 is designed to fully support a Four Thirds TTL camera system OLYMPUS / PANASONIC / LEICA. It can be operated as a TTL slave unit that can be controlled by the camera's own built-in control mode or as a master in itself.
The flash also features a 24-105mm auto zoom head that can be set to match the camera sensor, a full rotating and bounce head (with a fully rotating reflector system that also contains a foldable reflector card and a diffuser), built-in wide-angle diffuser for 12mm coverage, and in addition, complete manual control from 1/1 to 1/128 of power in 1/3 steps.
