The NIKON 70-200mm f4.0 ED VR Lens strikes an ideal balance between exceptional optics, advanced lens technologies, compact size and a wide range of popular focal lengths. Designed for full-frame FX-format NIKON cameras, this G-series lens also supports NIKON of cropping DX format cameras. When connected to a cropped sensor camera, the equivalent 35mm focal length is 105-300mm. Its maximum f/4 aperture constant provides consistency across the zoom range and vibration reduction technology offers 4 compensation stops against blur caused by camera movement, allowing hand-recording in low-light conditions.

Exclusive Nikon silent wave motor (SWM) offers fast, accurate and quiet autofocus and seamless manual focus correction gives you precise focus control even in AF mode. The internal focus design of this G-series lens means that the length of the lens remains constant while concentrating. The minimum focusing distance is 3.3'

Three extra-low dispersion (ED) elements minimize chromatic aberration – even at the widest aperture – and improve sharpness. Nano Crystal Coat prevents internal lens reflections, ghosting and glare.
