The SpectroMaster color C-700R meter with wireless SEKONIC shooting flash is unique, state-of-the-art spectrometer with expansive functionality capable of reading flash and light sources virtually all constant whether they are LED, incandescent, HMI, fluorescent or in the natural light spectrum. The meter's CMOS sensor allows measurement in increments as thin as 1 nm and allows the capture of color points at the light output – an especially useful feature when working with LEDs, HMIs, fluorescents and mixed sources.

The SpectroMaster has very impressive accuracy, repeatability and responsive specifications and a wide range of values in all modes. Flash drives can be fired at distances up to 100' (30m), using the optional triggered wireless PocketWizard system. Any flash can be triggered and measured with a touch of the meter's meter button. Selective zone control can even cause individual flashes of a group or the entire group at the same time. Ambient light has a wide range lux 1.0 to 200,000 (0.09 to 18,600 fc). The intuitive color touchscreen offers access to many meter functions including a spectrum graph, CRI, camera filter, lighting filter, white balance compensation and multi-light comparison.

Text Mode offers a display display of color temperature, lux or fc, color compensation and light balance filters for your target color temperature. CRI also has a dedicated display that displays standard color reference values (including R1 through 15) as a percentage of the light source's ability to reproduce a color accurately, compared to the standard Ra. The Filter Camera and Lighting Filter Real Display Displays Rosco, Lee, Kodak Wratten and FUJI filter designations.

Flash Measurement with Wireless Activation
The C-700R measures virtually all light sources including flash and better yet it can wirelessly trigger the flash at distances of up to 100' using units with attached PocketWizard receivers or transceivers or built-in PocketWizard technology. Meter selective zone control can even trigger and evaluate individual flashes of a group or all units in the group simultaneously
Accurate LED, Fluorescent HMI, Tungsten and Natural Light Measurement
The C-700R incorporates a linear CMOS sensor, which measures and evaluates the true color temperature of a light source 380 to 780 nanometers wavelength output in increments of 1 nm, capturing the output peaks of conventional light sources, as well as fluorescent, HMI and LED sources.
Wide range of color temperature and illuminance measurement
A wide range of correlated color temperature (1600 to 40,000K) and illuminance (1 to 200,000 lux) offers the flexibility and accuracy to measure any constant light source in any demanding studio or at the production site
