Lens Samyang 35mm VDSLR T1.5 AS UMC IIor with the rings oriented, manual focus and aperture control, has been optimized for digital cinematography. The aperture ring has been "click-clicked" for soft iris jerks, and the depth of the field markings provide an essential aid for focusing extractors. Optically, this lens is identical to the 35mm Samyang f/1.4 lens, which is known for its excellent sharpness, contrast, and bokeh.
A hybrid aspherical lens and highly defined multi-layer coating products, images with a minimum of reflections and stray lights. The 35mm lens focuses up to 11.8" (30cm) of the lens. A bayonet mount, parasol in the form of petals is also included.
