This 290 carbon fiber kit includes a 294 carbon fiber tripod and a ball joint with a quick shoe.

The 294 carbon fiber tripod has been built to be portable without sacrificing stability. To achieve this, it uses state-of-the-art carbon tubes, with an innovative composite derived from the experience of MANFROTTO in professional supports with optimized fiber angles that provide important advantages over aluminum tubes in terms of rigidity, lightness and stability. The legs of this tripod 294 have a construction in 3 sections with a carbon fiber tube of greater diameter than in its brothers of the 293 series. This makes the 294 stiffer to maximize stability and minimize vibration, making it ideal for working with zoom lenses that amplify any camera movement.

The sturdy tension-adjustable leg section locks in aluminum can be adjusted in hardness according to your preferences and to counteract the effects of use, keeping the tripod fully functional throughout its service life. Adjusting the angle of the legs in two positions makes it possible to shoot from a low angle, while its central column adds flexibility and extends the maximum and minimum height range.

The ball joint (with quick shoe) allows us to quickly position our camera freely, to lock it then using the practical single lock control, being ready to shoot instantly. As the ball joint is so compact, it is perfectly suitable for travel photographers, making the complete kit easy to accommodate in our luggage or in our photo bag.

The ball joint is interchangeable and can be unscrewed and removed so that the tripod can be used with other specialized ball joints. The disc in the superior part of the central column is compatible with any MANFROTTO ball joint, ideal for photographers who plan to optimize their tripod in the future, to adapt it to their specific preferences or the needs of a new photographic style.
