The Cm 30-L5 Carbon Monopod Monopod monopod FLM is a 5-section camera mount that will help you stabilize the camera when a tripod is not a viable option. Monopods offer portable stabilization, allowing you to adapt to fleeting things like sport and nature, or at any time you have a lens that is too heavy to hold comfortably during filming.

The CM 30-L5 supports 35.3 pounds, opens at a maximum height of 180 Cm. and folds to 54 Cm. It has torsion closures that allow the monopod to open with a single movement and then quickly close. Torsion closures also prevent dirt and moisture from entering the area between the sections. The rubber foot on the monopod can be removed to reveal a steel beak for use on gravel, ice, grass or other loose terrain.

A foam squeeze on the monopod adds comfort in cold conditions and a wristband helps secure your equipment
Camera mounting is reversible for equipment with either 1/4"-20 or 3/8"-16 thread sizes
