The CS270-BK-CN ColorEdge LCD Monitor EIZO IPS-backlit LED widescreen features a "full 27 widescreen display with a native resolution 2560 x 1440 and a response time of 15. Improved resolution and minimal response time ensure an improved visual experience. This monitor comes equipped with IPS (In-Plane Switching) technology, which helps provide a higher 178° horizontal and vertical viewing angles, 300 cd/m² of brightness, and excellent image quality. This monitor is designed for color accuracy. The built-in correction sensor helps to adjust the color calibration of the display based on what the monitor is currently being used for. Inside the screen you can find own EIZO circuits to improve the processing of graphic processes, allowing the monitor to quickly adjust display properties to meet your viewing needs. Installing and setting up this monitor is simple as it comes equipped with DVI-I, HDMI and DisplayPort inputs ensuring that you can connect this monitor on a variety of computers. You can even connect two different devices to the integrated dual USB upstream ports. Next to the dual USB upstream ports, you can also find two USB downstream ports for even more connectivity options.



ColorNavigator 6
The ColorEdge CS270-BK-CN comes bundled with EIZO ColorNavigator 6's own calibration software. Because ColorNavigator is developed in-house, EIZO has ensured that it is compatible with Mac, Windows and Linux operating systems and works with a wide range of measuring devices from X-Rite, datacolor, and other manufacturers. To simplify, preset lenses are provided for photography, web page design, and printing. More advanced users can set their own brightness, white point, and gamma values, and create their own target profiles. Calibration only takes a few minutes to complete. ColorNavigator 6 offers several advanced features, such as measuring the white of the paper that will be used for printing a better screen-to-print fit and profile validation for verification of calibration results.

99% of adobe RGB color space
An IPS panel with a wide color gamut reproduces 99% of the Adobe RGB color space so images taken in RAW can be converted to Adobe RGB or images taken in Adobe RGB will be displayed correctly.
EIZO advanced ASIC in the Core
All ColorEdge models come with an ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit) developed by EIZO to meet the needs of the graphics market. The ASIC has its own algorithms used in high-precision color processing to produce soft color tones.
The brightness and color of uniformity with the right
Fluctuations in brightness and chromaticity in different parts of the screen are a common feature of LCD monitors. To counter this, the monitor incorporates patented EIZO digital uniformity equalizer (DUE) technology.
Individually adjusted in the factory
The gamma level for each ColorEdge monitor is adjusted at the factory. This is achieved by measuring the gamma values R, G and B 0-255, then using the monitor's 16-bit lookup table (LUT) to select the most appropriate 256 tones to reach the desired value.
10-Bit simultaneous display
Using the DisplayPort input, the monitor offers simultaneous 10-bit color display from a 16-bit lookup table, meaning it can display more than a billion colors simultaneously. This is 64 times more colors than you get with 8-bit display which translates into even smoother color gradations and reduced Delta-E between two adjacent colors. Note a graphics card and software that supports 10-bit output are also required for the 10-bit screen.

Multiple Entries
DisplayPort, HDMI and DVI-I inputs are included for connection to various types of graphics cards, the HDMI input also offers direct connection with digital cameras. Two upstream USB ports allow two computers to connect at the same time so there is no need to reconnect the USB cable when using colorNavigator software and switching between the two computers.
Smooth video display
For video editing or post-production work, an overdrive circuit is included to reduce the response time from grey to grey to 15ms and ensure that moving images look clean and sharp with a minimum of ghosting.
Adjustable stand
Adjust the screen for the most comfortable angle for you and change your position to show your work to a colleague or client. The monitor comes with a versatile stand that offers height, tilt and swivel settings, as well as display portrait mode.
