One of the most versatile focal lengths available, AT-X 24-70mm f/2.8 PRO FX lens from TOKINA is a standard wide-angle for zoom body portraiture with a bright and constant f/2.8 maximum aperture. Designed to NIKON FX-format DSLRs, this everyday lens is ideal for almost any genre of photography, including travel, portraiture, landscape, and event shooting. Three aspherical elements are paired with three super-low dispersion elements to produce brilliant images, evenly illuminated with controlled aberrations and distortions, while multilayer lens coatings help reduce reflections and ghosting to improve contrast and color accuracy. Well suited for working in a wide variety of situations, this standard zoom covers a wide variety of perspectives while maintaining consistent lighting to work in difficult lighting.

Benefiting from ease of use, a focusing clutch permissions quick switch between autofocus and manual focus modes, and a one-touch internal focus design maintains the overall length of the lens during use. A Silent-system AF module unit will suit both still images and video recording, too, by offering fast and quiet performance. In addition, this lens sees the incorporation of a nine-blade diaphragm, which contributes to a pleasant out-of-focus quality when employing shallow depth of field shooting techniques.
