The Bogen MANFROTTO 509HD fluid headincorporates some of the same features of the 504 fluid head with new features designed to make this an ideal head for larger camera setups. One of the key features of this new head is the integrated advanced balance (ABR) logger. The ABR uses 2 LED lights to indicate if the load is balanced above the head (both lights are green) or if the load is not balanced, one of the LEDs will flash red to indicate that the load should move in the direction of that light. This feature helps ensure smooth operation of the head, especially when used with larger equipment, such as the Genus Hurricane 3D equipment. Thanks to the design of the 509HD bridge, the PAN friction control is intuitive and easy to set up, but it is also shock protected. Movement around the PAN and TILT axes is smoothed by units with ball bearings that eliminate all unwanted vibrations, no matter what the operating temperature. Friction control is combined with a step counterweight system (which covers the entire weight range of video equipment) to allow the 509HD to adjust with extreme precision for the exact movements it needs. The 509HD メ s FDS (Fluid Drag System) is variable and directly controls the action and resistance on both axes; the ergonomics of the controls have been significantly improved to make the FDS even easier. All this ensures maximum control and excellent compatibility with the video camera, no matter the situation, shooting style or equipment settings. Load capacity has also been improved: the 509HD supports a kit up to 28.8 lb (13 kg) with a 55mm tooth and two 3/8" threads on the plate superior allow accessories like monitors and arms to be installed directly on the head.

The MANFROTTO 545B is a lightweight, two-legged, two-stage aluminum professional video tripod. Due to the optimization of the upper and lower collars, the tripod ensures more torsional rigidity and payload (55 lbs.), in addition to better shooting performance. The collars have also been redesigned to align with the single tube tripods. The injected aluminum crown features a built-in 100mm interface bowl, which can be adapted to 75mm if needed. The tripod is equipped with an innovative mid-level spreader for better tripod stability. It comes with quick rubber shoes for better grip on smooth floors.
