Tripod GITZO Systematic GT5542LS,with thread closure and lock GITZO G-Lock. Mechanism to achieve up to 20% more rigidity and ease of opening and blocking. Its design means that the more weight it supports, the stronger the lock will become.

The legs with independent movement, made of 6x carbon with an anti-rotating system that allow it to open completely in less than 15 seconds.

It has a flat plate where you can additionally place interchangeable central columns.

As it does not have a central column, this Systematic 5 Series GT5542LS tripod can work at 10 cm, almost at ground level.

Suitable for working with heavy lenses up to 800 mm or a maximum weight of 40 Kgs.

Just below the central plate has a hook to add sandbags or similar, allowing to increase the weight and gain stability especially against the wind or uneven terrain.

All the legs have at their end the possibility of extracting the non-slip rubber from rubber and changing it for other accessories such as spikes or shoes
