Gitzo Patella G1178M. Series 1

The fastball head GITZO Series G1178M is light enough to travel, but strong enough to withstand loads of up to 3.9Kg. With the magnesium construction of the G1178M, which is 20% lighter at 14.1 oz, ergonomic design and advanced precision engineering with a 360º turn and +90°/-20° tilt, the high-performance lock ensures G1178M with a wide range of camera equipment. The G1178M also offers excellent locking power for its size with a single lock for fast and reliable locking in any position.

G2285MB Quick Release Ball Head System offers a secure plate closing system so that equipment cannot accidentally fall from the head, although it has not been blocked. To remove the equipment and the board, simply press the unlock button and slide the plate out. The square plate with key does not ensure perfect alignment without having to worry about how the plate fits into the adapter.
