Gitzo Head 3-way G1570M
The head GITZO low profile G1570M, is made of ultra-light magnesium. The distance from the superior part of the tripod to the camera platform is reduced in order to ensure that the center of gravity of the camera is kept above the middle of the tripod to avoid the possibility of losing balance.

The 3-way G1570M low-profile GITZO head provides solid support and flexibility for heavier large format cameras. The distance from the superior part of the tripod to the camera platform is reduced to ensure that the camera's center of gravity is held above the middle of the tripod to avoid the possibility of losing balance.
Each head can gently scroll through 360° and provide a vertical tilt of +90° and -20°. Side-to-side motion is 60° on the left and 90° on the right, allowing the photographer to steer the camera at virtually any angle without compromising stability.
All models are available in magnesium with up to 20% weight savings by adding the letter "M" for the model number.
The G1570 has a larger platform and two fixing screws and is especially suitable for monorail cameras. It is supplied with 1/4" and 3/8" camera mounting screws.
