LEICA M7 camera,is first and foremost a precision mechanical and optical instrument. However, due to the intelligent use of the most modern electronics, it is at the same time the most versatile and most accurate camera.

The M7 LEICA offers the option to adjust the ISO manually or by using the non-contact automatic speed film detection built into the camera body, effectively preventing incorrect exposure due to poorly adjusted ISO film speeds. As an additional option, photographers can input exposure corrections of up to ± 2 points in auto-exposure mode.

Focal plane shutter LEICA has been fundamentally revised for the M7 - it is now electronic! This shutter is very quiet, allowing you unobstructed access to the theme. What's more, the two commonly used shutter speeds of 1/60 second and 1/125 sec can even work without the battery power. So even if the batteries fail, this camera won't.
