Camera Cage is a quick release cage and adjustable height that fits larger DSLR cameras such as CANON 1DC, 1DX, 1DXmkII, 1DmkIV, 1DmkIII, NikonD3X, D4, D4s, D5, D800*, D810* and many cameras with battery squeezers installed.

The minimalist design and lightweight structure offer several mounting points for your accessories on the superior and side, including two anti-rotation accessories compatible with the standard mounting points MANFROTTO 244MICRO-AR and Arri.

The cage includes a reversible superior handle that can be repositioned over the lens area when using an XLR adapter. The handle can also bend when packing your bag and can even be reconfigured on the 15mm left vertical rod for a secondary grip. Built into the handle is a cold shoe mount and a 15mm tube clamp for mounting any of the wooden camera UVF mounting kits used with third-party electronic viewfinders. Cameras with deployable LCD screens can be easily placed and an included HDMI cable clamp can be mounted on the vertical bar to secure video cables and prevent damage to the port.

The Camera Cage includes a 15mm height-adjustable lightweight bar clamp to position 15mm bars (sold separately, such as MANFROTTO MVA523W-1) at the correct distance to the center of the lens, ensuring compatibility with standard matte cases and focusing units.
