The Zhiyun Crane Plus is a three-axis manual gimbal stabilizer that offers MotionMemory, POV, Intelligent Object Tracking and NightLapse modes. The Crane Plus supports a large payload capacity of up to 5.5 lbs, and provides built-in control for DSLR and mirrorless cameras. With 360° rotation along all three axes and up to 45° synchronized rotation in POV mode, the Crane Plus offers a multitude of stabilized and smooth shooting angles. The all-in-one design and dedicated camera cables allow you to take pictures and zoom with select cameras using the Crane Plus grip controls.
The versatile MotionMemory feature allows you to create and save custom movements, including time-lapse settings. Use MotionMemory to repeat your camera movement over and over again at the touch of a button. Use POV mode to capture traditional, level point-of-view shots, or apply up to 45° roll angle to create a "slanted Dutch" look out of the level. Intelligent Object Tracking mode is useful for vlogging and otherwise automatically following a topic or object. Trace a box around your theme on your smartphone to begin tracking Crane Plus. The well-named NightLapse feature in Crane Plus allows you to create dramatic time-lapse videos at night, with extended exposures, striped taillights, etc.
The Crane Plus is designed for DSLRs and mirrorless camera platforms weighing up to 5.5 lbs, and includes a detachable lens mount for long lenses. The included aluminum mini-tripod doubles as an extended grip, and a 1/4"-20 mounting hole at the bottom of the gimbal allows for use with monopods and other brackets. This gimbal can also be controlled wirelessly via the downloadable ZY Play iOS. / Android app. Crane Plus is powered by the two included 26500 lithium-ion batteries, which feature a runtime of 12 to 18 hours and an average charging time of three hours.
