Flash SONY HVL F60RM

Characteristics

  • High-speed Flash image

The high GN6010 output of this clip-type flash drive offers enough power for a wide variety of shooting situations. Lens focal lengths between 20mm and 200mm (14mm with panoramic panel) are supported with corresponding flash coverage. The focal length can be selected according to the requirements.

  • Continuous support

The charge cycle time is 1.7 seconds11 or just 0.6 seconds11 with the external battery adapter (FA-EBA1) (optional) for continuous shooting. During continuous shooting, the correct flash synchronization is maintained, to minimize incorrect activations and damaged photos.

  • Sony's original quick bounce system

Quickly switches from landscape to portrait orientation, 90° left or right, up 150° and down 8° to enjoy flexible positioning and optimal lighting when framing angles need to be changed quickly. A refined compact mechanism is ideal for use with E-mount cameras, to complement the comfort and compact portability of the E-mount system.

  • Direct output adjustment

A separate light output level button (LEVEL - / +button) allows you to directly control the output or compensation for an efficient workflow. A full display makes it easy to adjust and confirm the flash output level, and you also have intuitive access to the flash output of paired wireless flashes. [1] LEVEL Button - / + [2] LCD Panel

  • Custom keys and TTL flash memory

Functions can be freely switched to the four-way controller, the middle button and the camera control wheel, for easy access when needed. In addition, the TTL flash output can be memorized and retrieved when needed for immediate use or after light settings. This is another feature that allows you to simplify the manual workflow and save time.

  • Reliability in harsh environments

The dust- and moisture-resistant design12. A rain protector (optional) offers even greater protection and reliability. Another function that contributes to reliability is a metal multi shoe. All these features add up to the improved reliability in difficult situations.

  • Wireless radio communication

Optical remote flash activation is supported as wireless radio activation. Once mounted on a compatible camera, paired with shutters, the HVL-F60RM offers interference-free radio communication in conditions that hinder optical communication. Know faster, rear curtain synchronization and multiple flash.

  • Multi-flash radio control

Up to 15 flash units can be assigned to a maximum of 5 groups14 to intelligently control flashes remotely up to 30 meters.2 The optional wireless radio control units (FA-WRC1M) and receiver (FA-WRR1) allow the HVL-F60RM to be used with HVL-F60RM radio-compatible SONY flash units, in addition to HVL-F45RM compatible with radio communication.

  • Control de flash P-TTL

The proper flash output is determined by using the state flash to measure exposure.

  • LED light and AF assistant

LED light is very practical not only for study, but also for outdoor capture. It also functions as the AF assist light to ensure autofocus operation with reduced illumination. The LED light can also facilitate manual focusing in dark situations.

  • Color filters

Color filters include can be used to paralyze or complement existing lighting, in order to achieve a balance of natural whites or create a specific environment.

  • Indirect adapter

The included indirect adapter can be placed for additional playback that will illuminate a larger area than the flash alone, as well as create softer shadows. Use the indirect adapter with the panoramic panel to further enhance the effect.

  • Synchronization terminal (INPUT / OUTPUT)

The session terminal can function as input or output. As input you can receive the signal from the activator of a flash meter when configuring the view, to give an example. As an output you can transmit the flash activator to an external monoblock flash or similar to extend the versatility with various flashes.

  • Selectable light distribution

Three light distribution configurations are available: "STD" for standard distribution, "CENTRO" for GN priority, and "EVEN" for wide-angle priority.

  • High-speed synchronization

Flash synchronization speeds are reduced when using the daytime fill flash, making it difficult to produce background bokeh. High-speed synchronization allows the flash to be synchronized over the entire range of shutter speeds15 so that large apertures can be used to create bokeh whenever desired.

  • Prepared flash beep

A beep of "ready" when the flash is fully recharged and ready for the next exposure, even when using a wireless flash.

  • Remote trigger

The remote shutter release function can be used to activate the spacer of a camera in sync with one or more flash units, allowing the shape to be captured simultaneously to a single subject from several angles, for example.

  • Multi/micro USB terminal

The flash drive can be connected to a computer via its multi/micro USB terminal to conveniently update the software.
