This Venus Optics Laowa 9mm T2.9 Zero-D cine lens features foot and meter markings, covers up to Super35 sensors, and provides a wide 113° viewing angle when using an APS-C sensor. It is well suited for outdoor and landscape shootings, such as aerial productions with drones, underwater, standalone and vlogging, and is optimized for digital cinematography with cinema cameras such as RED KOMODO. It is lightweight and compact, making it suitable for both handheld and gimbal use, as well as tripod-mounted shooting. This lens comes in a white outer casing.

The 9mm cinema lens features a maximum aperture of T2.9 with 15 elements in 10 groups. Its 7-blade aperture provides a smooth and pleasant bokeh effect, a shallow depth of field with little or no distortion and a close focusing distance of 4.7". engines. It is also small in size, with a front diameter of 58mm and a 55mm thread for adding filters. The focus and aperture markings are on the side of the lens to help the focus extractors. A Pelican hard cover case with custom foam is included to protect and carry the lens.
