This anamorphic lens Laowa Nanomorph 27mm T2.8 1.5x S35 from Venus Optics is a slim and compact anamorphic lens that captures high-definition video with 1.5x anamorphic compression on cameras with S35 sensors. It features a 27mm focal length, an E SONY lens mount, an aperture range of T2.8 to T22 for great depth of field, and 13 iris blades for shallow depth of field and smooth bokeh.

The main lens has a very short minimum focusing distance of 16.9" and offers anamorphic qualities such as high contrast, blue lens flares and a horizontal field of view of 70.8°. Other features include measurement markings in feet and meters, 0.8 MOD cine gears on the focus and aperture rings, and a 55mm front filter thread The SONY E lens mount is interchangeable and can be swapped out for an optional mount.

Constant compression ratio of 1.5x
