The lens has a manual focus design and allows you to work with subjects up to 5.7" away and its petal-shaped sunshade helps block stray light so it doesn't cause unwanted flare on the lens. In addition, the focus scale of the lens is adjustable for users to adjust their distance operation according to the deviation of the flange range of their own cameras.
