The new Laowa 65mm f2.8 2X Ultra Macro APO lens is the first lens with 2:1 ratio capability designed specifically for mirrorless cameras with Aps-c sensor. A robust metal structure and a long-travel manual approach to be able to work with micrometric precision. The lens Laowa 65mm offers a maximum magnification ratio of 2: 1, which together with its ability to focus at a minimum focusing distance of just 17 cm. will achieve incredible results. This lens Laowa 65mm f2.8 Macro. it can focus from infinity to 2X magnification, making it an ideal choice for tackling all sorts of macro photography scenarios.

Excellent sharpness, clarity and color

The results provided by the new lens stand out for their incredible sharpness and vivid color full of rich contrasts in any corner of the frame, even using the wide apertures available up to f2.8. The bokeh that prints the Laowa 65mm f2.8 Macro in the frames is of smooth transition to highlight the protagonist of our captures, surrounding him with a very pleasant blur.

Apochromatic optical design with great results

The design, development and optical construction of the Laowa 65mm f2.8 Macro enjoys the enormous performance and results of 3 extra-low dispersion lenses to minimize chromatic aberrations in the frame. The lens has inherited the excellent APO design of the renowned 100mm Laowa lens and eliminates lateral and longitudinal chromatic aberrations, meaning that chromatic aberration in both the focused area and the out-of-focus areas of the bokeh is almost imperceptible.
