The Samyang 16mm f2.0 ED AS UMC CS lens is a wide-angle main lens manual focus compatible with APS-C format of mirrorless digital cameras. A viewing angle of 83.1° is offered, which translates into a 35mm format equivalence of 24mm. A fast maximum aperture of f/2.0 is effective for shooting in low light and provides the depth of field. With two aspherical elements and an extra low dispersion element, chromatic aberrations are reduced to a minimum and sharp images with more accurate colors are the result. UMC lens coating even facilitates light transmission and reduces ghosting and flares.
