The 9mm cap lens of OLYMPUS fisheye lens cap is a unique body cap containing a fisheye lens. This body cap lens serves as protection for the camera sensor and other internal parts, as well as providing a 9mm fisheye for wide-angle images. The lens incorporates a constant f/8 aperture and an equivalent focal length in 35 mm of 18 mm. To maintain good image quality with an ultra-wide-angle lens, there are two aspherical elements designed to reduce spherical aberrations and distortions. Although the fisheye lens does provide a unique perspective with its 140º viewing angle. The lens does not offer manual focus to capture objects as close as 7.9". In addition, this lens is light weight at only 1.1 oz.
