NIKON 24mm f3.5
The NIKON PC-E Nikkor 24mm f/3.5D ED lens is a special ultra-large lens with "perspective control" tilt and scroll functions, making it ideal for architecture and nature photography. The use of tilt and deviation correction will help to obtain a natural-looking perspective in an architectural image without distortions. The 24mm PC-E lens is compatible with all digital and 35mm SLR film cameras (in manual mode). With the latest digital cameras (i.e. D3, D700 and D300 and later models), automatic aperture control is possible directly from the camera itself.
Three ED glass elements ensure greater sharpness and color, while the nanocrystal layer of NIKON virtually eliminates internal reflections for higher image quality. NIKON Super Integrated Coating (SIC) delivers exceptional color performance and substantially reduces ghosting and glare.
- Wide displacement range of ± 11.5 mm, with a tilt range of ± 8.5 °.
- Three ED (extra low dispersion) glass elements offer superior sharpness and color correction, effectively minimizing chromatic aberration.
- Three aspherical elements virtually eliminate coma and other types of aberration from the lens even at the widest aperture.
- Nanocrystal coating virtually eliminates internal reflections over a wide range of wavelengths for greater image clarity
- High-performance Super Integrated Coating (SIC) delivers superior color performance and substantially reduces ghosting and glare.
- Round diaphragm of 9 sheets of more natural appearance of the out-of-focus image elements.
