The 18-300mm 3.5-6.3 DX G ED VR lens ED VR NIKON is a general-purpose zoom lens, capable of shooting wide-angle at super telephoto focal lengths. This lens has a zoom range of 18-300mm, which provides the equivalent focal length of 27-450mm in the DX format, making it useful in a wide range of shooting situations.

The lens uses a silent wave motor that allows for fast, quiet auto focus for photo and video, as well as an internal focusing system that maintains the compact design of the lens. In addition, second-generation vibration reduction technology optically stabilizes the image to reduce the effects of camera shake and motion that provide the equivalent of up to 3.5 additional shutter speed stops.
