A high quality creative partner
A reliable tool for your creativity, the NIKON Z5 II improves on its predecessor with faster processing speed, subject recognition AF and low-light performance. With a new color preset button, ultra-bright viewfinder and easy sharing options, the camera offers an extra step for creators looking for full-frame images.
24.5 MP FX sensor and EXPEED 7 image processor
The 24.5 MP, full-frame FX-format BSI CMOS sensor combines with an EXPEED 7 image processor to deliver a versatile combination of enhanced sensitivity, nuanced image quality, fast autofocus with AI, and high-resolution continuous shooting at up to 30 fps. At native settings, the sensitivity range of ISO 100-64000 enables work in a wide range of lighting conditions and can be extended to ISO 50-204800 for extreme lighting conditions. The combination of resolution and sensor size also contributes to sharp image quality and smooth color transitions with reduced noise throughout the sensitivity range.
Autofocus you can rely on
Thanks to the Z9's legacy algorithms and deep learning technology, including sophisticated Subject Detection for nine different types, the Z5 II can recognize a variety of subjects, from humans to animals, airplanes and bicycles. It also includes the popular Bird Detection mode. Using Auto Area AF, these subjects will be automatically detected, focused and tracked to ensure sharp focus as they move through the frame.
4K UHD video recording
Capable of recording more than just photos, the Z5 II has also enhanced its video capture capabilities, now supporting 4K UHD video recording at up to 60 fps and Full HD recording at up to 120 fps, plus recording time limits of up to two hours, video timer, built-in electronic Vibration Reduction and the ability to save video files to the built-in memory cards or to an optional external recorder via the HDMI output. It is also possible to record time-lapse in-camera, with the ability to produce a finished 4K UHD video file directly from the camera.
Vibration reduction by sensor change
The body incorporates a Vibration Reduction (VR) mechanism with 5-axis sensor shift that compensates up to five stabilization steps, regardless of the lense used. With compatible lenses, up to 7.5 steps of stabilization can be achieved. In addition, to enhance video recording, Electronic VR allows the footage to be stabilized and adapted to handheld recording.
Color control for creators
Nikon has added an Image Control button on the superior side of the Z5 II to access its 31 built-in presets, even in automatic mode. Color presets can now be overlaid on the rear LCD screen, allowing you to view color changes as you create. Creation recipes created by other photographers from NIKON are available via NIKON Imaging Cloud and can be downloaded and integrated along with the presets.
Body design and connectivity
A large 3.2" 2.1 million pixel LCD screen doubles the brightness for crisp, vivid image reproduction and live shooting. Vari-angle touchscreen design offers more intuitive operation, navigation and setup control.
It has an ultra-bright 3.69 million-dot electronic viewfinder for comfortable viewing at eye level.
Dual SD memory card slots support UHS-II protocol to save photo and video files quickly and efficiently.
The headphone jack also functions as a terminal for the optional MC-DC3 remote trigger cable from NIKON, and the USB-C terminal allows the camera to be charged and powered by USB. A micro-HDMI port allows external recording and live viewing.
Built-in SnapBridge connectivity enables seamless transfer of low-resolution images, as well as remote shooting. BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) and Wi-Fi enable communication between the camera and a smart device. In addition, the mobile device can remotely trigger the shutter and display a live image from the camera for remote working.
The included EN-EL15c rechargeable lithium-ion battery provides approximately 380 shots per charge and in-camera charging via USB is supported, even when the camera is in use.

Lense NIKON Z 70-200mm f2.8 fl ed sr sr vr
A popular zoom among sports, event and portrait photographers, the NIKKOR Z 70-200mm f/2.8 VR S from NIKON is an impressively versatile telephoto lens characterized by its bright f/2.8 design. The fast maximum aperture adapts to available lighting conditions and also allows greater control over depth of field to isolate selectively focused subjects. The optical design incorporates a series of ED, fluorite and SR elements, which help reduce color fringing and chromatic aberrations throughout the zoom range for improved clarity and color accuracy. In addition, ARNEO and Nano Crystal Coats, as well as a super-integrated coating, have been applied to suppress flare, reflections and surface reflections to enhance contrast and color fidelity.
Complementing the optical design, a multi-focus system, employing two stepper motors, helps achieve impressively fast, accurate and quiet focusing performance, along with full-time manual focus override, to meet both still and video imaging needs. Vibration reduction further complements the creation of sharp images by reducing the appearance of camera shake when shooting handheld. The lens also has a unique physical design, incorporating an OLED information panel superior that can be used to quickly confirm aperture and focus settings, and an assignable L.Fn button allows exposure and setting adjustments to be made through the lens. In addition, a programmable control ring can be set for intuitive adjustment in a variety of camera and exposure settings.
