It produces extraordinary results. Eleven aperture sheets are now used instead of nine for visibly improved bokeh. In addition, the closest focusing distance has been reduced from 70 to 40 centimeters. Such closeness is made possible by a major improvement in lenses, patent pending, recently developed by LEICA engineers.
