Pentax 70mm f2.4 lens

The PENTAX PENTAX 70mm f2.4 Limited lens is a portrait length main lens that provides a focal length equivalent to 35mm of 105mm. This 23° short telephoto angle of view is ideal for portrait and landscape shooting, as well as general long lens applications. A high-grade multilayer HD coating has been applied to lens elements to help minimize flare and ghosting to improve contrast, clarity and color fidelity, and a nine-blade diaphragm contributes to an out-of-focus aesthetic quality to benefit the shallow depth of field images. In addition, an SP Protect coating has also been applied to the front element of the lens to effectively protect it from dirt, oil and fingerprints.

The compact form factor of this lens integrates the PENTAX quick-change focusing system, which allows manual focus control on the lens at any time, even in AF mode, for precise handling over the focal plane.
