LK's V-AF series Samyang is designed to enhance convenience in video content creation. With the addition of the 20mm lens to the existing 24mm, 35mm, 45mm, 75mm T1.9 and 100mm T2.3 focal lengths, the series now offers a total of six lenses, ensuring consumers a comprehensive selection. Each lens maintains a consistent form factor while delivering uncompromising optical quality and performance. In addition, its unique accessories, the manual focus adapter and the new 1.7x anamorphic MF adapter, enhance ease of use and meet the needs of professionals.

V-AF 20mm T1.9

The bright T1.9 aperture of the V-AF 20 mm provides an ideal balance between fast shutter speed and size, and manages to maintain a compact physical profile while offering low-light performance and depth-of-field control.

Its wide focal length allows content creators to easily capture landscapes, cityscapes, handheld vlogging and live broadcasts. The 20mm lens maintains the compact size and light weight of the V-AF series, ensuring creators can enjoy its convenience and portability. The entire series is a well-balanced system and has a unified form factor that is ideal for use on gimbals and drones.

All lenses are designed for up to 8K and provide a standardized color tone to save time in post-production. Their unique feature is the two tally lights, integrated into the front and side of the lens, which display the camera's recording status to facilitate the creation of video content even when shooting solo.

Anamorphic MF adapter 1.7x

The 1.7x Anamorphic MF Adapter offers the brightest aperture when attached to selected V-AF T1.9 lenses. It effortlessly attaches to existing V-AF lenses, perfectly emulating the distinctive characteristics of anamorphic lenses. In addition, it communicates in real time with the electronic contacts on the front of the lens to control the optimum focus position and deliver exceptional resolution.

When combined with wide-angle V-AF lenses, it offers unique visual aesthetics with majestic anamorphic distortions and dreamy background blur unmatched by other spherical lenses. In addition, its 1.7x reduction ratio provides an aspect ratio suitable for Cinemascope, enabling wide panoramic effects even in normal photographic situations.

This adapter is compatible with V-AF series lenses designed for full-frame sensors, including 35mm, 45mm, 75mm and 100mm lenses, while the 24mm lens can be used with APS-C and Super 35 modes.
