The Biogon T*25mm f/2.8 ZM silver from ZEISS, well suited for landscape and architectural photography, is a versatile primary wide-angle designed for M-mount rangefinder cameras. Its 82° viewing angle is complemented by a Biogon optical concept, which almost eliminates distortion to achieve an accurate and well-corrected representation. A T* anti-reflective coating has also been applied to the individual elements to reduce lens flare and ghosting for greater color accuracy and contrast in bright lighting conditions. In addition, the manual focus design of the lens allows working with subjects at a distance of only 1.6 '.
Biogon's optical concept benefits the wide-angle focal length by helping to virtually eliminate distortion for clean, realistic rendering.
Anti-reflective coatings ZEISS T* have been applied to each lens surface to help minimize reflections to provide greater image clarity, contrast and color fidelity.
The manual focus design allows for a minimum focusing distance of 1.6'.
