The PENTAX HD DA Fisheye 10-17mm f/3.5-4.5 ED lens is a high-performance ultra-wide-angle zoom lens for K-mount APS-C cameras. Its 35mm focal length equivalence is 15.0-25.5mm with a 180° view in the 10mm configuration that takes more than the human eye sees, with spectacular field curvature. At the 17mm end of the zoom, it's a very wide-angle lens. This lens also features an HD lens coating and an optical design with an ED element that effectively compensates for chromatic aberration for sharper, high-contrast images.

This lens can be used with cameras that use APS-C size sensors, and with cameras that use full-frame sensors. A circular fisheye image can be achieved when mounted on a full-frame camera body PENTAX. In addition, the cover of this lens is removable to provide greater coverage and less vignetting in full-frame cameras.
