Binoculars PENTAX UP WP

PENTAX's highly portable and functional U-Series UP WP compact binoculars employ an innovative unibody design that locks the objective lenses into the body with the eyepieces placed in a synchronized dual-axis mechanism that ensures they remain symmetrical relative to the central axis of the optics when adjusting the interpupillary distance. The 25mm objective lenses are fully coated to reduce glare and maximize light transmission to produce the brightest images possible. Aspherical lens elements virtually eliminate distortion, especially around the edges, and correct lens astigmatism that can prevent sharp focus.

Designed for easy transport and storage, the binocular features a lightweight fiberglass-reinforced polycarbonate housing that is resistant to corrosion and impact. The housing material is also temperature resistant, allowing it to be used in extreme climates while reducing the expansion and contraction that can be caused by wide temperature variations, which can cause optical components to slip out of collimation over time. Its optical tubes are filled with nitrogen and sealed with O-rings, so they can be submersible up to 3.3', as well as fog-proof in all weather conditions.
